Change drives progress and civilization, yet it is often daunting for many of us since the process is uncomfortable. It empowers our mind to overcome fears and leads us out of our comfort zone. Everyone has a story to share regarding this typical and inevitable human experience. From our relationships, career, and business, and to anything else under the sun, change is necessary to keep our balance and growth.
Over the years, I have been making positive changes in myself, family, and different communities with the ultimate aim of seeing the world a better place for everyone. Are we on the same boat here? Hopefully. What I learned is that change is a powerful force that can make or break our lives.
We are always free to choose. Want to become successful? Give your best to achieve your goals. Want to satisfy your partner? Go on a romantic date more often. Want to get promoted at work? Elevate your performance. Want to become a millionaire? Hit your financial targets. Want to be happy? Help other people. That's Change! Challenges are part of the story, but change can make us young and immortal.

True, any of us may get frustrated along the trajectory, especially that neither success nor failure isn't always 100% guaranteed. Fortunately, research shows that 96% of individuals who take risks would always keep one thing no matter the results - it's growth. That's a reward!

Did you know?
When I was younger, I would go on fishing with friends and we were delighted by the small catch that we got from the river. It was a game for us, yet we also enjoyed the blessings of fun and food that we had for family meal.
As I grew up, I lost the kid in me. The little things became ordinary and didn't make me happier anymore. Later on, I realized that my mindset has changed as I learned new things and met new people.
So ironically, the fish in the pond got bigger. I would now switch to the goal of becoming a billionaire, a CEO of a big firm, and live a luxurious life. This is how change transformed my life. I still love fishing, but settling for smaller catch becomes different.

From a naive boy, I now stand as a more ambitious man trying to change the world with the little I have. My greatest discovery, thus far, is that a good and fluid mindset can work miracles. I advocate to uplift the quality of life in the community where I grew up, in the remote places, and in other areas where positive changes can be a life-and-death scenario.
Today, I share the story of success with people who have similar visions. No matter who you are, where you come from, and where you are going, change is inevitable like how fish takes the bait. In the end, we either get a catch or go home with a lesson
